[Lifestyle] Don't push that hard

The last few weeks I've been feeling more tired than usual, to the point where I'm kinda unable to study, read, or do anything job-related outside my working hours.

Those few moments it happened, I felt like I was cheating on myself or even doing something bad for myself, like I shouldn't be playing something, relaxing, or watching series.

How do you deal with that? This pressure of being in constant learning or even producing useful stuff. Do I really need to feel like shit when I'm just relaxing after a long day of work? How do you cope with that? I'm into my 30s already, so it's not like I could spend the whole night grinding in a game or studying and then be ready to conquer anything the next day. It feels like the clock ticks hard now.

So yeah, I somehow found peace in the frustration. This feeling of being lazy or not worried about evolving outside my working hours is kinda gone already. If I can walk like 1/5 of a mile per day, that's OK! This isn't a sprint; it's a long marathon, and doing the best I can that day is enough. If I want to just skip lessons, videos, texts, and courses, that's OK too! Like a fucking sore muscle after a sweat session at the gym, I understand better now that my head also needs to rest a bit, then I'll be ready for another workday and all the challenges that come with it.

Relax and keep doing the best you can every day; somehow and somewhat you will achieve what you want, one day or another. Life is too fast to take the everyday grind and transform it into your life.

Just fuck it already.
